Delete your account

In the game

  1. Open Kagemichi and go to Settings > Account.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted

Your account and cloud save are deleted from our servers, your progress and settings on that phone are removed, and statistics and crash reports are turned off. Backup copies are removed later on our providers' schedule.

Without the app

If you no longer have the game, email shonp@equival.io from the address linked to your Apple or Google sign-in, with the subject "Delete my Kagemichi account". We delete the account and confirm by email.

Statistics and crash reports

These are not tied to your account. To have them deleted, email us the analytics ID shown in Settings > Privacy before you reset it or delete your account. See the Privacy Policy.
