Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 October 2026.
1. These terms
Kagemichi ("the game") is provided by Equival ("we", "us"). If you got the app from Apple's App Store, your licence is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you got it from Google Play, these terms are the end user licence agreement, without replacing Google's default licence; Google's Developer Distribution Agreement prevails on conflict. By using the game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. If you are a minor where you live, use the game only with a parent's or guardian's permission. The game is for players aged 13 and up.
2. Using the game
The game is free for your personal, non-commercial use. Gear, currency and other in-game items have no cash value, are not your property, and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
3. Accounts and progress
You can play as a guest. Guest progress is stored only on your device and can be lost. Sign-in with Apple or Google is optional, and you are responsible for that account. We do not promise that saved progress, on your device or in the cloud, will always be available or never lost.
4. Rules
Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the game, except where the law allows it; cheat, use bots or exploit bugs; interfere with or attack the game or its servers; or use the game unlawfully. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules.
5. Our content
The game and everything in it belong to us or our licensors. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without paying you.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
7. Changes to the game
We may change, suspend or end the game or any feature, including seasonal content, for example to fix, improve or retire it.
8. No warranty
To the fullest extent the law allows, the game is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress or profits, and our total liability for all claims relating to the game is limited to USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any other liability or consumer right that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you will compensate us for claims and costs caused by your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the game.
11. Ending and updates
You may stop using the game at any time and delete your account in Settings > Account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. We may update these terms and will post the new version with its date; if you keep using the game after a change takes effect, the new terms apply to you.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the game or these terms, except where the mandatory law of your country gives you the right to bring the claim where you live. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
